Care

Need care? Care Groups are great options when you need extra support for life’s ups, downs, or transitions. Groups are non-threatening environments where everyone is welcome – even if you’ve never been to church before.

Check out the group descriptions below. Need more help deciding which one is for you? Or have questions about marriage or funerals? We’d love to help!

Celebrate Recovery

CR is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain, or addiction of any kind. It’s a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that control our lives – while celebrating God’s healing power through a relationship with Jesus. Children ages 5-12 can also participate in Celebration Place (see below) while you’re in the meeting.

Celebration Place

Celebration Place is the hope-filled children’s companion group to Celebrate Recovery. It is open to all kids ages 5-12 whose parents/guardians are attending either Divorce Care, Grief Share, or Celebrate Recovery that same night and same time. In Celebration Place, kids find the same hope and healing that their parents find by working through a similar, yet age-appropriate curriculum that gives them language to understand what’s happening in their homes, truths that help them avoid cycles of hurt, ways to draw close to Jesus during challenging times, and friendships with other children in similar situations.

Divorce Care

Divorce Care is a loving, caring environment for those who are going through the difficulty of separation or divorce. This 13-week program is structured so that you can join at any time during the session. Children ages 5-12 can also participate in Celebration Place while you’re in the meeting.

Grief Share

Grief Share is a support group for those who have lost someone close to them. This 13-week program is structured so that you can join at any time during the session. Children ages 5-12 can also participate in Celebration Place while you’re in the meeting.

Betrayal & Beyond

Betrayal & Beyond comes alongside women whose husbands are struggling with sexual integrity. With the help of valuable tools, Biblical wisdom, and testimonies of other courageous women, members find hope, help, and encouragement through this personal journey.

Health Challenges Together

HC2 is an online support group for people who are experiencing life-changing health challenges. Here, members share their stories while offering emotional and spiritual support.

Fight for Freedom

This men’s small group provides a safe and supportive environment to help battle sexual addiction. The group is centered around The Conquer Series, a cinematic group study designed for every man who fights this addiction on a daily basis. For more information, send an email to our confidential address.

Foster & Adoption Parent Support Group

While resourcing the Created to Connect study guide, this group is designed to provide connections between fostering and adoptive parents. This is a safe space to share concerns with others who understand what you are going through and a place to find encouragement for the journey.

Budgeting Workshop

Held periodically throughout the year, this two-night class will teach you how to develop a budget based on your own personal finances. Learn how to escape debt, save for the future, and find freedom to give toward God’s Kingdom purposes.

Art of Marriage

The Art of Marriage provides Biblically-centered video teaching from couples who have struggled in marriage as they share their stories of pain, loss, forgiveness, and grace. Groups meet weekly, and class sessions are offered several times throughout the year.

Interested in Counseling?

More than a decade ago, population growth and the need for counseling outpaced the services available in the Lehigh Valley. Before the pandemic, people found themselves waiting six months or longer to see a therapist for the care they were seeking. Over the past few years, the need for counseling has only increased.

As Faith Church imagined what contribution could be made in this field, we kept coming back to the idea, the hope, for every human to flourish. As a result, Anathallo Counseling, an independent non-profit community counseling center was developed just steps from Faith Church. We believe that access to good mental health care can make a significant difference in our lives – the opportunity to renew, grow, and flourish.

Welcome to Faith Church.
